So, here's the thing:  i started my new job 6 weeks ago, and when i get home, i got my 7 month old waiting for me.  And if im choosing between working more and spending time with my boy, that isnt even a choice.  And by the time he goes to bed, i get a couple hours with my wife, or time to get stuff done around the house.
